Account Deletion Request

Web3D Earn allows users to permanently delete their accounts and associated data. Please follow the instructions below based on how you use Web3D Earn.

🌐 Web & Android App Users
  1. Log in to your Web3D account.
  2. Open the Settings page.
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account section.
  4. Confirm the action by entering your account password.
  5. Your account will be deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.
Having trouble deleting your account?

If you are unable to delete your account from the app or website, you may contact us directly.

Please send an email from your registered email address to:
support@web3earnmoney.com

Make sure to include your username in the message. Our support team will verify your request and assist you with account deletion.
💬 Telegram Users
  1. Open the Telegram application.
  2. Go to @Web3DEarnBot:
    https://t.me/Web3DEarnBot
  3. Send the command /delete.
  4. Your Telegram-linked account and related data will be permanently removed.
Important Information

Account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account data, rewards, and access will be permanently removed from our systems.
